Oh myy where has the time gone?? I can't believe my last post was more than a month ago. After finals, I had a week to complete all of my Christmas shopping, then there was Christmas, our one year anniversary, and New Years, and then we went to Mexico for a week (which was absolute heaven) and since we got back a week ago, Tom was offered a job in a completely different county and it has been a whirlwind of finding a place to live in between packing (and unpacking from our trip). Wow. I think that's the longest run on sentence in the history of ever and I'm not even going to fix it. So what I'm saying is, now you're caught up on my month, basically. You guys. I am soooo excited for our new house. It is a registered historical site in Pleasant Grove that we are renting for a really good deal. I can't wait to show you the 1904 goodness that I get to live in. Seriously, they don't build houses like they used to. Ok. Enough of that. The point of this post is to show you the state of my gallery wall (before I took it down yesterday.) :(
I seriously changed this and added those paintings months ago and I just hadn't gotten around to posting it. I added that ampersand (I drew the outline and filled it in with metallic gold paint) and the colorful painting next to it that I did with water colors and random paint I had on hand. And then to the right of the ampersand, I did a string art... Diamond edition. Once I get those unpacked and recreate my gallery wall, I will give you better close ups and details. Ok. Moving in Monday so don't expect anything next week. Thanks for still reading along!
